We try to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided we have everything you're requesting. We use FEDEX for our ground and air shipping service. Very small items, such as spare parts, are often sent with the post office.

All orders under $150 are billed actual shipping costs to your address.
All orders over $150 are shipped FREE for regular ground shipping.
All expedited services, such as overnight or two-day air shipments, are billed at actual shipping costs to your address, no matter how large the order.

GUARANTEE

We stand behind the stuff we sell. If you're not happy with your purchase please send it back for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. We do ask that you return non-warranty claims in original packing and in re-sellable condition. We also request that you obtain an authorization from us for the return prior to shipping it back to us (see next point).

RETURNS

If you need to return an item please call us at 800.447.1539 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, to get a Return Authorization code. We cannot accept any returns without an RA code.
