WT 18 oz MAX LOAD 5 lbs - the handle bar adapter is plastic, not high-tensile steel. Overloading the handle bar bag could cause the adapter to break - especially if you're hucking curbs. Having your handle bar bag fall onto your front wheel is not a pretty thing. It could entail a visit to the emergency room.
