The welded seams and roll closure will keep your stuff bone dry. The welded outside pocket keeps small stuff handy, but its zipper is not immersion proof - just splash proof. We typically stash a light windbreaker or rain gear in there. The simple TwistLock attachment system fits racks up to 12mm diameter tubing. Small, symmetrical form factor means no left/right specific bags - they're identical in size and shape and will fit on practically any rack.
